The rest of the lightbug fork review's fixes (LF72's loop stall, LF73's cut-short 100 Continue, LF75's lost 408, LF25's upload memory, the half-close and malformed-request fixes), the port-0 refusal (LF56) called out as the one change to the served contract, and the fork's dead code removed. The [Unreleased] entries move under 1.13.0 with an introduction; the two test-only entries (LF68, LF76) leave the release notes, since neither changed anything served. … run Recorded in the quiet stage with mediaanalysisd stopped. probe-pool's pooled row: p99 0.1, 0.2 and 0.2 ms at slow 0, 1 and 2. The Linux conclusions match 1.12.1's: four hold, and ASGI against uvicorn+uvloop per core INVERTS (macOS 1.01, Linux 0.92); conclusion-row spreads 0.5-6.2 %. …etired Both ran in 1.13.0's quiet stage on an M4 (128-byte lines), five rounds each at a load average of 1.4-2.1, mediaanalysisd paused; both verdicts hold with the rounds above load 2 or beside a busy desktop process thrown away. A first pass straight after stress-asgi (load 20 to 4) was discarded. - LF24: the 128-byte stride with 128-aligned blocks was faster in no cell, so the runbook's no-change branch: the strides stay, and offload.mojo's three claims that each record is a cache line of its own now say what it is (64 bytes, in a block malloc aligns to 16). - LF22: removing the park's look at its lane socket moved the pooled p50 about 2 us a request in opposite directions at slow 1 and slow 2, under 2 % of either median, ranges overlapping. It costs nothing measurable and stays; the owner can rule otherwise on the figures. Both ROADMAP Known issues move to Recently resolved (milestones: 6 open), with the runbook's results table, the probes index, RELEASING (rerun only when that code changes, and never straight after stress-asgi) and the audited note's still-open table.
