Unable to edit sandbox.config.json

Description of the problem

Trying to edit sandbox.config.json causes multiple errors in the console. The file looks like it opens, but is empty and not editable.

In my case, the file is already created using the Configuration Files shortcut, but when I select the file in the file explorer it causes this issue.

How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?

I was trying to edit the sandbox config to hopefully convert my sandbox to a server environment.
