Implement Leaderboard UI - ADMIN

Leaderboard Flow
User clicks on "Leaderboard" in sidebar while in admin mode → Redirects to /wajo/admin/leaderboard
Can filter results by year, category, or school

there are a few tables that need to be made for admin view:

• competition management table
• student/ team management table (this is named user management in the figma)
• results/rankings management table

Include filters (by year, competition, team, etc.)
Implement sorting (highest to lowest score)

most of the pages in figma go through each stage of the specific section of the page

FYI I'm already working on the frontend for the leaderboard (aka results and rankings) as per #109, so I will keep all my commits on the branch associated with that issue instead of this one.
