Chatbot frontend design

Basic Information

• Design the frontend appearance and flow of the chatbot and Messenger embed. This should appear as a popup in the bottom right of the screen that can be expanded to open the chat window
  • The user should be initially offered a choice between a chatbot (primarily for donation-related queries) and a human respondent (primarily for users seeking assistance with regards to domestic violence related issues, or other queries that require a human)
• Design the appearance of the actual chatbot window itself
  • There is no need to design the appearance of the Messenger embed as this is provided externally by Messenger
• Implement these designs into the frontend in code
