Virtual Keyboard opens all the time on tablet

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open code-server in Chrome (or every other navigator)
2. Just click somewhere (eg: the File Explorer Icon)

Expected

Let it only do the action

Actual

This does the action and opens the virtual keyboard

Do you have a physical keyboard for you samsung pad? Pressing any key on the physical keyboard should closes virtual keyboard.

Unfortunately I don't have a physical keyboard for the tablet (i will try to buy one next month)

We should try reproducing in Codespaces, it is likely to be an upstream issue with VS Code itself.
