[Feat]: Update the node.js version

Dear Developer Team,

I have observed that in the latest release of Microsoft's Visual Studio Code (https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/blob/main/remote/.yarnrc#L2), Node.js has been updated to version 18.17.1.

Could you please consider updating our instance to Node.js version 18.17.1?

Why do you want this feature?

The current version of Node.js (18.15.0) contains security vulnerabilities, such as CVE-2023-32002.

Are there any workarounds to get this functionality today?

Unfortunately, there are no workarounds available to address this issue at present.

Are you interested in submitting a PR for this?

Regrettably, I do not possess sufficient experience in software development to submit a PR for this matter.
