Closes #63 (some work already started via #75)

Changes made

  • Updated some of example setup code for the backend plugin to be a little more clear
  • Added a disclaimer about how our setup steps don't necessarily support Backstage deployments scaffolded with the New Backend System
    • Will be making an issue about this shortly
