cfscrape update, and many minor fixes

Took time today updating this channel to working status.

• Updated cfscrape to v1.6.4 (edited to allow for all JavaScript Runtimes, just like before)
• Added timed cookie cache handling, (stores cookies for the correct time, then once expires fetches new ones)
  • This improves channel start time
• Added thumbs to GoogleVideo links
• Fixed thumb caching issues
• Fixed bookmarking issues (bookmark list may need some further work)
• Improved removing items from Dict
• Removed Prefs button (there is no prefs, so no button)
• Added default Plex search icon (icon was blank on clients that show the search icon)
• Moved Modules to default Libraries/Shared path (Plex Framework supports auto loading Libraries)
  • If Modules needed in the Service Code later, then add the Libraries/Shared path to the module path within the service code
• Replaced code with Plex Framework specific function where could
• Channel is set to clear HTTP cache each time the channel runs the Start function
  • Allows fresh video URLs to be collected in-between sessions
• Updated base URL, no longer has www in URL
• Added bookmark thumb issue to README
