Our website needs a quick and easy way to show what's on our website. Like any other website, ours needs a navbar!

Describe the solution you'd like
We would like to have a navigation bar (a.k.a., a navbar) on our website. This should be at the top of all pages, and should be responsive to different form factors (e.g. on a desktop, show the whole thing, but on mobile, hide the links until a user clicks on the three lines in the corner of the screen).

Some things we would need on the navbar:

• Our logo
• Home page link
• About us page link
• Projects page link
