Consolidate configuration

Currently there are two different management interfaces for the bfstop package:

• The plugin configuration in the "Plugins" section
• The whitelist, blacklist and failed login display and manipulation and test notifications in the "Components" section

This should be unified in one location (in the Components section). Additionally, there should be version information provided.
