In-app reload

Description

Right now, we can just reload the platform to reload the application in the builder/preview and we can see how the application starts up, especially when there are pre/post- render hooks.

However, we could add an in-app reloading functionality so the platform does not have to fully reload and fetch and store the data to cache again.
