Possibility to turn off HSTS

It would be great if the container would respect the hsts=off ENV var as the jwilder container does.

I haven't looked at how nginx-proxy does this, but since the nginx.tmpl in this project is essentially a fork of theirs, we can probably just port over the logic there to support this ENV option.
