Description
This PR updates wording to clarify the PHP version upgrade recommendation.

Checklist:

  • Securely signed commits
  • Component(s) with PHPDoc blocks, only if necessary or adds value (without duplication)
  • Unit testing, with >80% coverage
  • User guide updated
  • Conforms to style guide
