PDF version of "PHP the right way": Confusing section structure

I downloaded the PDF version of this guide from https://leanpub.com/phptherightway and I noticed that the downloaded version has a confusing section structure and I wonder if content is missing or misarranged.

Section 5 (Security) has a chapter "5.2 Further reading", which contains links to templating engines, which is covered in the next section (6). 5.3 ("Benefits") also deals with the benefits of template engines.
