edits for local HTML tutorial

I wanted to spruce up some of the tutorials/articles I wrote in the last year or so. For this one, some of the notable changes I made include the following:

• Cut down on the word count (617 words -> 494 words).
• Lines 46 & 58: added a Note.
• Line 50: replaced "application for location files" with "file manager."
• Lines 64 & 65: turned into an unordered list (to match with the one already on lines 93 & 94).
• Line 60: replaced "Everytime" with "Every time."
• Line 71: changed from "Mac finder" to "Mac Finder."
• Line 85: placed period on left side of closing quote mark (source).
