Can't switch to my organization in Switch context

I have created a new org and moved some repo to the new org.
However I can still only see 1 item in "switch context" menu.

And if I click Add GitHub organization button, the new page will show all my orgs(including the newly created one).

Info: I have installed Codecov GitHub both for my personal account and my org's account. And I'm have the corresponding owner permission in public of the org.
