[NGO] Wrong permissions for the NGO Admin

The NGO Admin profile should be read only. It should appear in the Echipa interdisciplinară table, but the Vezi detalii action should be disabled. Also, there should be the information at the bottom of the table indicating that this user is the Administrator, as shown in the design below.
