To make the speakers PR earlier today, I modified the speakers.rb script. The script now attempts to download images the CSV
image_srccolumn.I also updated our wiki on its usage. See the "Testing" section for details on how to verify this PR. A good test would also be using the script again if we more speaker info is submitted.
