Add a changeset for a partyserver patch and make Server.options.hibernate optional (typed as { hibernate?: boolean }). Bump partyserver to 0.1.1 and partysocket to 1.1.11 across packages and package-lock. Minor tweaks: reformat chat CSS, skip two flaky react tests (describe.skip), and fix MessageEvent cloning in a react-native test to preserve data/origin/lastEventId.
