[Question]: Atlas always maintains the only one todo called "Complete ALL tasks in work plan"

Question

I remember that in last month’s version, after using “/start-work,” Atlas would generate a list of concrete to-do items based on the plan. However, in the past few versions, Atlas only creates a single to-do item called “Complete ALL tasks in work plan,” even though it still carries out the work according to the plan.

Is this behavior intentionally designed in Atlas? Or could it be a misunderstanding caused by an error in how Atlas processes to-do writing?
