Improvement for "Hide cards" option

As of now Hide cards option under Appearance > Player removes both:

1. A big blocks at the end of a video (which cover half of the content);
2. A small button and suggestions at the top-right corner (which don't cover much and sometimes offer useful stuff, such as votes).

And while I want to get rid of the first part, I don't really want to of the second.

Please move the second part under Hide annotations option, as it's more like it, or remove it completely (don't hide at all).
