Thumbnails broken

Seems like the extension is breaking thumbnails. Like 95% of thumbnails simply do not show up. This happens on homepage, subscriptions, search, related videos, channel videos, basically everywhere on site.

Had this maddening issue as well. Try setting the "Thumbnails Quality" to "Default". I switched mine from "HD" and my issue got resolved.

I also had this problem and setting Thumbnail quality to Default fixed it.

• it can fall back to the default resolution when the high resolution isnt loaded.
• the feature can only be shown on high resolution screens, because otherwise it makes no sense to even see the switch.
  • and or we can mark it somehow or add a tool-tip reminding that the feature doesn't work with every setup.

can you try the oldest Firefox version (2021) on the affected computer just to make sure?

What's really weird is that I have two Firefox profiles with the same extensions on different PCs and the issue exists only on one of them.

So,

• it's not a widespread issue, it's quite isolated
• there's either a conflict with a certain Firefox option/or extension, only I've not been able to find it yet
• could be a result of different system settings (though I run XFCE everywhere)

I found another open issue about this, and someone said setting the thumbnail quality to Default fixed it. I tried that and now I can see thumbnails!

It worked for me, the default HD option looks to be buggy on my end.
