Requesting disabling of scrolling on fullscreen

I might be wrong, but I remember this extension having the option to disable scrolling with the middle mouse button during fullscreen videos. It might have been a different extension, but I enjoyed not accidentally scrolling down on a video I was watching when I used the middle mouse button to scroll something else on a different screen.
