Turn off elasticsearch indexing during tests

Add ELASTICSEARCH_DSL_AUTO_REFRESH = False to test settings file.
Or overwrite the ELASTICSEARCH_DSL_SIGNAL_PROCESSOR so we can test that models actually send signals.
