Add LogicArray width annotations to generated stubs

Stubs currently record width but don’t surface it in the .pyi, find a way to communicate widths of the LogicArrays into those

One way this could be done to make sure something like Pylance throws mismatched-width warnings could be this:

• Use typing.NewType to create unique types for each unique width present in a hierarchy (example: f"LogicArray{w} = NewType('LogicArray{w}', cocotb.types.LogicArray)")
• Then in the stubs, just put them at the end as a width-focused stubs

The biggest con of this would be possibly straying away or having weird differences between the real type (LogicArray) and those LogicArray{8}, LogicArray{16} etc.
