visbrain

Connectivity on a standard MNI brain using vispy (GPU). Tested on python 3

Installation

Install the developper version of vispy: pip install -e git+https://github.com/vispy/vispy#egg=vispy-dev

Then, copy directly the visbrain folder to your site-packages folder (usually .../anaconda3/lib/python3.5/site-packages)
