Implemented micro-UX improvements in src/GuiLayer.cpp:

  • Preset Delete Confirmation: Added an ImGui modal to confirm deletion of user presets.
  • Save New Validation: The "Save New" button is now disabled if the name field is empty.
  • Selection Context Retention: Stopped resetting selected_preset to -1 on every setting change. This allows the UI to show the modified state (Preset Name*) and enables the "Save" button to update the correct preset without re-selection.

All changes were verified for compilation and existing logic tests (686/686) pass.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 17620331187574203783 started by @coasting-nc

This commit implements several micro-UX improvements to the preset management section in GuiLayer.cpp:

1. Added a confirmation modal for preset deletion to prevent accidental data loss.
2. Disabled the "Save New" button when the preset name input is empty to provide immediate feedback.
3. Maintained the selected preset index during modifications. This enables the dirty indicator (*) to function correctly and allows the "Save Current Config" button to update the active user preset intuitively.

These changes make the preset management workflow more robust, safe, and user-friendly.
