Presets UI improvements

Here is another request for presets UI improvements. We have many issues opened about presets: https://github.com/coasting-nc/LMUFFB/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20state%3Aopen%20presets

We should merge all into 1-2 issues and address them as a whole.

New issue / request:

• "-Place user saved presets at the top of the drop down list as default
