Check repository for unarchived links using MementoBear #452

Unarchived links can be a problem if the site goes down and we can't see the site anymore. We can use MementoBear to handle this problem, it detects unarchived links, and we can submit them to an internet archive service like archive.org to fix the problem.

@nvzard @rpanczer I'm sorry, this issue is actually intended to test MementoBear in production, but MementoBear itself needs more optimizations until it stable. So I think I'll keep this one for me until MementoBear stable and ready to use, I still working on MementoBear..
