[Bug]: Unable to Pull the image of public.ecr.aws/cnoe-io/backstage:v0.0.2

What is your environment, configuration, and command?

While working on backstage deployment all of sudden we are unable to pull the image from public.which was working untill yesterday i.e dec19th.
what i did just restarted the EKS cluster.

What did you do and What did you see instead?

Need public.ecr.aws/cnoe-io/backstage:v0.0.2 to be available publicly

I managed to deploy CNOE's backstage using the container image stored in github
ghcr.io/cnoe-io/backstage-app:135c0cb26f3e004a27a11edb6a4779035aff9805
