Automatically Translate all Messages

Automatically translate all incoming messages and display the translations only if the source message is different from the translated message (i.e. translation was successful and needed.)

This is possible by changing addJob() to not do any checking before adding the job to the queue. However, this can be come problematic in a busy channel or if there are multiple channels open since it will try to translate all messages. This is because language detection is done on the server. I may include it as an option that is off by default and add a channel-wide auto translate option.
