react-redux v7 官方宣称解决了 Tearing 问题，需要更多测试

v7 中 @connect 使用 Hook 重写，react-router 必须更新 (#7)

尝试根层组件里的 Provider 和 react-router 组件顺序对调，如果成功，可不用升级 react-router

react-router v3 仍在维护，新版本已支持新的 React 语法，测试可用
