About the pull request

Wristblades and Scimitars now cut through fences as a copy of the bayonet PR. Created this at the request of Thwomper.

Explain why it's good for the game

The original PR aimed to fix the disparity between throwing a knife at a fence at simply hitting it, namely the amount of hits. Fences have been updated a lot as xenos now only have to hit it twice, and marines can cut through with their knife. This PR aims to keep predators relevant with the other factions.

Testing Photographs and Procedure

Successfully tested on local with WB and scims. Used the parent code at the suggestion of Joe Lampost.
