Rack View does not allow servers of U>1 to be directly below another server

Good afternoon,

I am wondering if there is a way to configure the ability to add servers that are U>1 in size directly below another server. Please see the screenshot below demonstrating what I mean.

Ideally, I'd like the big node to fit in 11-13 (inclusive) with a U size of 3.
