This changeset adds a minimal build of Tailwind CSS v3.2.1 instead of using an external CDN. In particular, this removes another external dependency and significantly reduces the download size from
2934019bytes to just21074bytes, i.e. the previous version is 140x larger.This changeset includes some simple
maketargets to keep this file updated and to make sure the build fails if it is out of sync when the HTML or CSS changes.Builds on top of #22, #26 and others
