- Built-in Ticket Submission: A simple form allowing users to provide:

- Detailed Description
- Optional Screenshot (with integrated screen capture tool)
- System Information: Automatically collects relevant system information (e.g., OS version, username, machine name) to send along with the ticket, aiding support personnel.
