update Dockerfile to run a self-contained version of the broker #36
Description
We would like Dockerfile to create a docker image that once launched brings up a functional version of the broker.
This requires the Dockerfile to install a Docker container engine inside the launched container and have the broker use the installed engine to launch ethereum nodes.
