Productivity Suite With Piercing Events

The productivity suite code before we implemented the
message bus approach.

The code used custom events that could be listened to
directly from the `piercing-fragment-outlet` web-component.

(this tag is so that we keep the code somewhere in case in the
future we want to come back or reuse that approach somewhere else)
