Following from cloudflare/workers-sdk#1309.
This PR updates all of the templates to use hard tab indentation by default. For the why, see the previously linked issue, but by updating all of these templates, hopefully we'll encourage new projects initialised with these templates to use tabs for improved accessibility. 🎉
