Incorrect maximum number of hostnames for Free tier in the documentation

What changes are you suggesting?

Both of these pieces of documentation claim the limit of hostnames in the free tier is 15 hostnames.

The API and dashboard both restrict free accounts to 10 domains:

Error: Cloudflare API error: invalid value for `domains`, too many values (max: 10)
