  • Added javadoc links everywhere (in main readme and in various module readme)
  • Removed old v1 readme. It's still available on 1.x branch
  • Removed old v1 changelog. Unless there is some particular interest in keeping it, I would prefer in 2.0 lifecycle to use Github milestones as changelog (like we did with 2.0.0-milestone1). There's no need to maintain it and it's complete with all changes. Important changes will be reported on the github release description itself
