Changed the names cloudera.cloud.dw_cluster of the AWS subnet parameters to match the underlying API.
Changes are:
aws_public_subnets->aws_lb_subnetsaws_private_subnets->aws_worker_subnetsHave retained the old parameter names as an alias.
