This change adds a worker loop that runs every 5 minutes and checks that the queued jobs in the DB are still queued in the forge as well. If they are not, they are removed. This is yet another state consolidation loop. Signed-off-by: Gabriel Adrian Samfira <gsamfira@cloudbasesolutions.com>
