Should this be a file in the same directory as this script?
I see /Users/priscillacole repeated multiple times. Will that directory exist eveywhere where this script is executed?

Yes this should be removed as not all will be using priscilla's laptop but the csv itself is finde so Users/xx/Downloads/brc-sc-cost-ratios.csv
