fix(clerk-js): Handle logo upload failure in TaskChooseOrganization

Description

When creating an organization in TaskChooseOrganization, the logo upload could fail and block the organization activation. This fix uses Promise.allSettled to ensure setActive is called regardless of whether the logo upload succeeds.
