Deployment very slow due to Babel logging

Deploying the react app to azure takes about 100 minutes. Most of this time is taken up with huge amounts of logging information from Babel of the form:

We need to stop this happening so that the deployment can happen more quickly.

interesting... I expect it to be slow, but it used to take about 5 minutes and not 100! Maybe try updating react-scripts to the latest version to see if it helps?

We very recently updated to the latest version 0.9.5, so I thought that might have been what caused the problem, so I downgraded to 0.9.0 which we were using previously, but no change. I see the slowness with both versions.
