Port tutorials into new docs CI

We have a bunch of existing tutorials for TLM at http://help.cleanlab.ai/ (sourced from https://github.com/cleanlab/cleanlab-studio-docs). Make these tutorials compatible with the new OSS library and port into the docs for this repo.
