Hi @qrcp_devs,

I have created this Pull Request because I have resolved this request for a Chocolatey package and now, we can install qrcp using Chocolatey.

For now, only the latest version (0.9.1) is available on Chocolatey. When new versions will be released, they will, then, be added to the Chocolatey package for users to enjoy. 🙂

Adds the Chocolatey package in the list of possibilities to install the Desktop app.

Adds the Chocolatey package in the list of possibilities to install the Desktop app.

* update instructions to install development version

Starting Go 1.18, go get no longer builds packages.  go install must be used to
install a module.
