Duplicated Rocket Target Entry

Looking at the Dev Branch API data, I've noticed there are two Rocket Targets for the exact same location, however there is only one site nearby:

Followup, now that the rocket has landed, there is only one marker, so at least that is correct :)

(data transformed/filtered by me but I have confirmed with the source data and it's a meaningfull match)
