Voronoi Points Generate Misleading Subregions

The voronoi points provided by the API do not produce the same subregions presented in-game. Not a major issue but this did throw me off when I was trying to generate the map layout. At least Deadlands and Terminus are affected:

The position of the VP and the position of the Labels differ, I wonder if the game ones are based on the labels; very unhelpful but itnis what it is 😀

this is possibly due to the fact that the label placements in api are off (which is what is used to calc voro) #103

Is this still an issue even when using the major text labels to generate the vertices?
